services
Mouthcare
applies the principle of strict client confidentiality at all
times.
Mouthcare
compiles consultation replies based on information provided by the
client and cannot accept responsibility for any false or inaccurate
facts thus supplied.
Mouthcare
will take every precaution to safeguard client details, but
Mouthcare cannot accept responsibility for third party interception
of data during transit (on-line ordering, e-mail, fax, post). We
strongly advise clients to select the most secure method of
submitting their confidential data - a secure data transmission
method (PGP) is available on this site.
Mouthcare
issue each client with an order number and a password. It is the
client�s responsibility to hold these in safekeeping and not to
disclose them to a third party.
Mouthcare
will not accept consultation requests from clients unless the order
number and password are attached.
Mouthcare
cannot be held responsible for any technical difficulties associated
with the operation of the Internet (World-Wide-Web), which is
entirely outside its control. Mouthcare will not be held responsible
for e-mail addresses provided by clients that are
incorrect.
Mouthcare
warrants that it does not knowingly or intentionally send out any
materials that may result in any harm or damage to computers of
clients.
Mouthcare
ensures that all data transmitted and received is checked by
antivirus software which is regularly updated. If a virus is found
in e-mail from a client, the client will be notified and no further
work on that client�s request will proceed until the client has
rectified the problem.
Mouthcare
will not be held responsible for requests send by e-mail whose
systems or word-processors are not compatible. All leaflets are
produced in Microsoft Office Word 97 format and can be downloaded in
certain other formats (Acrobat, HTML) at the client�s
request.
All
fees are charged as advertised on the Mouthcare website.
All
fees are payable in advance.
Once
the client has placed an order using our secure order form and
credit card payment facility, it cannot be cancelled.
The
Mouthcare team reserve the right to refuse to reply to a client, if
the client offers false or inaccurate information. In such
circumstances, the client�s advance payment will be returned after
deduction of an administration fee.
The
Mouthcare team reserve the right to refuse a consultation to a
client, if in their judgement no useful consultation advice can be
provided, or if they feel that the client should see a medical or
dental practitioner due to the complexities of the symptoms or
problems involved. In such circumstances, the client�s advance
payment will be returned after deduction of an administration
fee.
